Justine Gilman - Manager

Justine has recently returned to recruitment at AP Personnel, following most recently spending her time in HR roles in Guernsey. Having worked for AP Group from 1993 until 2003, Justine has nearly 20 years of experience in recruitment and HR services. The final six years at AP Group Justine spent in Jersey, successfully working in the office that now, alongside Guernsey, London, Cyprus and Switzerland, offers world-class international recruitment services in finance and IT.
Justine has outstanding knowledge of local recruitment for the finance sector in Guernsey and Jersey, both from an agency and client perspective. Her experience puts Justine in the unique position of understanding the challenges that both her clients and candidates will face whilst looking for that perfect match.
Justine is a keen traveller and enjoys softball as well as coaching mini's football. Her passion for sport has lead to completion of BUPA Great North Run (half marathon) in 2008.

Laura Millen - Consultant

Laura Millen has a background primarily in building and maintaining client relationships. Having graduated from Jersey College for Girls in 1998, she then completed a journalism degree at Liverpool John Moores University in 2005. Upon completion of her studies, Laura returned to the Island and worked in the finance industry gaining an invaluable insight into the structure and workings of the financial services sector. She believes a professional friendly approach is the best way to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients. Laura joined AP Personnel in January 2011 and specialises in junior to mid-level finance recruitment in Jersey.
Gregg Marshall - Consultant

Gregg Marshall joined AP Personnel in November 2011 and is born and educated in Jersey. Gaining over five years of extensive banking experience at two large International Banks, mainly within the trust sector, he has acquired good insight into structure and workings of the sector.
With a Degree in Business Studies and Marketing, gained at Canterbury University, and superb knowledge of the trust industry, Gregg is ideally placed to offer great service to both candidates and clients alike. Although recently moved into recruitment, his experience allows him to apply his knowledge and skills with a professional approach.
Gregg plays sports, including Football, Snooker and Tennis, and enjoys music festivals.
