Michelle Goodenough - Manager

Michelle has recently returned to the world of recruitment having, most recently, spent her time as the HR Business Partner for a leading international bank in Guernsey. Michelle spent several very happy and successful years, previously recruiting for the finance sector in Guernsey where she was responsible for placing candidates from junior levels up to senior management. During this period Michele completed the CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice and is currently studying for the REC Certificate.

During her spare time Michelle is a keen salsero, enjoys singing with the Glee Singers and most of all having the opportunity to travel, either driving through the French countryside, skiing in the Alps or salsa dancing in Cuba.

Clive Acton - Temporary & Contract Consultant

Clive has spent over 25 years of his career working in the travel industry, originally for CLBS, and Air UK on the Island, before the travel bug called him to the UK to work at Heathrow Airport for over 6 years with both Air UK and Sabena. As always when coming from a beautiful Island, Clive became homesick and returned to Guernsey in 1994 for 3 years working in the Business Travel Industry. In order to further his career in the business travel industry he returned back to the UK to work for Eton Travel where he became their Global Account Manager, during his time at Eton, he successfully opened three travel implant offices, and was also heavily involved with human resources within the company and successfully implemented the Investors in People accreditation.

Clive has travelled the world extensively, and has many stories to share. He is really pleased to be back in the Channel Islands, and has noticed how much the islands have changed for the better commercially, Clive is sure the experience he has gained from working in the UK and Guernsey will help him with his new role, and his client and candidate requirements.
