The Heritage Group has appointed two employees to senior roles.

Kevin Roberts has been appointed Managing Director of Heritage Management Holdings Ltd which is responsible for a number of the Group’s services including human resources (HR), finance and IT as well as marketing and the corporate social responsibility programme. Kevin, who was previously HR director for Heritage, will oversee a team of 20 staff in his new role. Kevin, who has worked for Heritage for over 3 years, is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

John Ingrouille has been appointed Operations Director of the Company where he will manage the day-to-day services in support of the Group’s operating companies. Previously Group IT Manager, John has worked for the Heritage Group for nearly 15 years and is a Chartered IT Professional Member of the British Computer Society.
