Six senior employees at The Royal Bank of Scotland International (RBS International) in Guernsey have been recognised for outstanding commitment to customer service in the corporate banking division.
The Bank conducts a customer survey each year across all four of its jurisdictions, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and Gibraltar, in which it asks clients to assess the quality of the service they have received.
RBS International’s aim is for all customers to rate the service they receive from corporate banking employees’ at the top level
Island Director Rob Girard along with Peter Fernandez, Gary O’Neill, Scott Philpott, Stuart Butler and Mike Paines all achieved outstanding levels when rated by customers for overall satisfaction.
