ROSSBOROUGH Group has strengthened its board with the appointment of Steve Warner.

Mr Warner, who has been with the company for four years, is managing director of Rossborough Financial Services Limited and joins the Group board with immediate effect.

‘I am delighted to welcome Steve to the board of Rossborough Group. He has made a significant contribution to the success of Rossborough Financial and his wealth of knowledge and expertise will be invaluable as we move the group forward,’ said Rossborough Group chairman Steve Wrigglesworth.

Mr Warner joined Rossborough as a director and was instrumental in the successful merger of Rossborough Financial Services and Rossborough Financial Planning which came together in 2008 to form Rossborough Financial Services Limited.

‘Steve has played a key role in the successful development of Financial Services, particularly within the changing pensions arena. His effort and enthusiasm has really helped set the company apart,’ said Mr Wrigglesworth.

Mr Warner said he was looking forward to making a contribution to the future success of the Rossborough Group.

‘Rossborough has been established for more than 70 years and to be asked to join the board of such a well-respected and successful business is a huge honour for me. Financial services has been through some interesting times recently but the level of expertise found at Rossborough will ensure that the company continues to grow in all its business areas and I hope to be able to contribute to that future success,’ he said.
