AP Courses provides IT and soft skills training to cover a wide variety of areas. Formed in 1995 as part of AP Group, one of the world’s leading offshore recruitment firms, we offer both conventional tutor-led training and online e-learning programs which can be tailored to suit our client’s needs.
This may be the individual, who asks to go on a course, because he or she is aware that there is room for personal improvement in certain areas. In other cases it’s the company that identifies a need for training that will help the individual, department or firm as a whole.
e-Learning
We can offer online courses that can be studied as and when you have the opportunity. Just log in and pick up where you left off – it’s like having a personal tutor available any time you like. Put in a session of several hours in the evening or at the weekend, or grab half an hour here and ten minutes there. The only limitation is your schedule.
Each course starts with a pre-assessment designed to determine your current ability, identifying topics in which you’re already competent, so you won’t be going over old ground.
Tutor-led
Our fully-equipped training rooms provide the ideal environment to encourage interaction, both with our qualified tutors and with other delegates, so answers to questions and solutions to problems are available there and then.
We offer training in IT and soft skills. The latter are what complement the hard skills, i.e. technique. They help to get things done when an individual already has the technical skills. Soft skills training includes areas such as communication (verbal and written), team building, leadership and management.
