Job Description
Working for this global fiduciary services provider the Trainee
Administrator will be part of a team, working on a range of matters
providing registered office and company secretarial services to a
variety of managed entities. including securitisation vehicles,
debt issuance programmes, cashboxes and structured finance
transactions established for a variety of institutional
clients.
A minimum of B grades at A level is required and the ability to use
initiative and to work confidently and in accordance with
procedures is a must. Good verbal and written communication skills
and attention to detail are needed and some finance experience
would be a distinct advantage.
