Our client, a small asset management and construction company are looking to recruit someone for a role in administration in a small but fast paced business environment.
The role is full-time.General administration duties such as answering the phones, co-ordinating meetings, responding to emails, taking notes, aiding with marketing and PA work for the directors of the company.
The salary available would depend on the experience. The candidate should be someone who is able to work on their own and is able to take initiative as colleagues may be out of the office at meetings. He or she would have a great opportunity to cement themselves in an area of the business that they enjoy. Flexibility of the role will enable you to work in every area of the business, allowing the candidate an understanding of the processes and project timelines in property development and so as the company grows they will also.
