Working as part of the administration team and supporting senior administrators, the candidate who fills this role will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors in the office and answering incoming telephone calls, preparation of meeting rooms and ordering of office stationery, and general office duties to support the administration teams

The ideal candidate should have a friendly disposition and an excellent telephone manner as the role will consist of being the first point of contact when clients and third parties. The candidate will need to be organised and accurate in their approach to work.

Some basic administrative experience is desirable, but is not essential as training will be provided. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate good organisational skills, attention to detail, an engaging nature together with a positive attitude and ability to work alone or as part of a team.
