AP-Personnel are delighted to be given sole agency on behalf of a Private Family Office who are seeking to appoint a Back-office Administrator to join their existing small team based in the heart of St Helier.

The core part of the role will be to provide administrative and corporate secretarial assistance to two senior members of the management team, along with assisting in the general administration of trusts, companies and other entities within their respective portfolios.

The Administrator will be responsible for carrying out bank administration for clients under management, including processing payments, opening of bank accounts, stringent maintenance of due diligence records together with completion of related Compliance and Corporate Governance processes, that include FATCA/CRS in line with current policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector, be well-organised and able to multi-task and keep track of and adhere to various deadlines. You will also have a strong academic background, with an enthusiastic and hands-on approach. Strong levels of attention to detail in both written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to develop constructive relationships with peers and counterparties are also considered to be essential requirements for this position.
