Our client is seeking to appoint a Bank Account Administrator.
The purpose of this position is to support the Bank Account Management team with the opening of bank accounts for clients, whilst adhering to the Account Opening Framework.
You will assist with all aspects of the bank account opening process, perform data capture for account opening, report and submit account opening incidents, and participate in meetings with the banks.
The successful candidate will also handle queries by liaising with colleagues, internal departments, and other banks where applicable, ensure tasks are being handled in accordance with the agreed procedures/policies framework, as well as undertaking routine office and clerical tasks, where necessary.
You will need 1+ years’ experience in a banking and/or onboarding role, and basic knowledge of CDD/AML.
Our client is looking for a candidate with a positive and proactive approach, and good computer literacy skills and interpersonal skills are essential.
