Our client is seeking to appoint a Business Support Administrator for a contract period of at least 6 months.
The role holder will work within the Reviews and Onboarding Team to provide support for the preparation and completion of AML periodic risk reviews and also for the onboarding of new business. The role holder may be required to support the business with other projects such as monitoring AML deficiencies as required. The role holder must ensure that they deliver on internal commitments to agreed deadlines and to a high standard.
The successful applicant will have experience within the fiduciary services environment and will be able to understand current AML/CFT legislation and be able to challenge current working practices. In addition, you will have a proven track record in the fiduciary services industry with experience of the administration of trust and company structures, detailed technical knowledge of Anti Money Laundering, Countering the Financing of Terrorism and all related crime legislation, codes and regulatory guidance as well as industry best practice is essential. Detailed understanding of the requirements of completing AML Risk Assessments taking into account the circumstances and arrangement for each client owner. A good working knowledge of local trust and company laws and regulation is essential.
