A global leader in corporate and fiduciary services, fund administration and capital markets are seeking to appoint a full-time Company Secretarial Administrator to work in their Guernsey office.

The main duties of this role is to provide administrative support to the Company Secretaries and assist with all company secretarial matters.

You will also assist with the submission of statutory filings, maintain records on the client's database, prepare meeting agendas and board packs, maintain the board meeting calendar, plus minute and action point schedules and generate regular, accurate reports to management. You will also be responsible for ensuring meeting arrangements are booked, including travel, room bookings and meal arrangements, as well as any other duties that may be reasonably required.
