Our client is seeking to appoint a Corporate Officer, with funds experience.
This job involves working as a senior officer, responsible for the day to day administration and supervision of a defined portfolio of clients, in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.
You will organise daily workloads and where appropriate, the workload of junior staff. You will help to maintain a good team spirit, and provide support to junior staff and assist in their development. You will need to display confidence when dealing with clients, and you will need to have a sound technical knowledge of fund and investment structures including private investment funds which may take the form of corporate entities, protected cell companies or partnership vehicles.
Our client is seeking a candidate with previous experience in a fund administration role, awareness of different types of fund and investment products and structures, have a detailed knowledge of key GFSC rules and regulations, good communication skills, excellent organisational and planning skills, and show attention to detail. You will need to have a relevant fund administration qualification or relevant years' experience in a fund role.
