Our client has a temporary opportunity to become part of a collaborative team of professionals at a world-leading, independent offshore Bank and Trust company.

Our client is looking for a temporary Credit Card Support Administrator to join their credit card team to provide support to their analysts through preparing application reviews, providing customer support and undertaking additional operational tasks.

Your responsibilities will include preparing credit card applications packs for review by the Credit Card Analysts, assist customers with digital onboarding, respond to customer inquiries, emails, and telephone calls, assist customers with resolving issues related to credit card transactions, complete the daily administration tasks within the team, and assist in the set-up and management of direct debits.
Your qualifications and skills include strong analytical skills, strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, have a passion for delivering a great customer experience, with strong problem-solving, organisation, time management and delegation skills.
