Working as part of the Customer Services team, the successful candidate will have responsibility for ensuring incoming telephone calls, live chat, emails, and other customer related queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively. In addition you would be required to ensure that all of your customer queries are followed up as necessary and dealt with as quickly as possible ensuring that exceptional customer care is delivered.
This role would involve you working Monday to Thursday and Sundays.
You will need to have experience of working within a customer services environment with a flair for dealing with customer issues and building strong working relationships with colleagues, alongside strong IT skills.
