Our client is seeking to appoint a Customer Support Officer, working 37 hours per week, which will be on a shift rota basis to include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
The successful applicant will be required to assist customers with general and technical enquiries by providing support on products and services. In addition to this, you will be required to provide technical support for mobile and broadband services, as well as working with the engineering teams to resolve faults. The successful candidate will provide routine administration to registrations, data input and maintenance as well as reporting.
The successful candidate must have strong technical knowledge to support broadband, mobile and home phone problem solving. Candidates will be organised, have the ability to build strong relationships, be willing to work outside normal working hours to provide customer focused support shifts and be eager to learn new skills and technology.
