Our client is seeking to appoint a Finance Senior Administrator/Associate, on either a full or part time basis.
In this role you will be preparing and reviewing the weekly cash movements, input treasury cash transfers on a weekly basis, and bookkeep all movements in the accounting system. You will undertake bank account reconciliations, investigate and clear any outstanding entries. You will have ownership of some of the quarterly accounting tasks, and prepare management reports for each reporting period, as well as completing the accounting for the subsidiary each month, and complete all quarterly reporting in a timely manner.
Our client is looking for a candidate who is qualified or part-qualified (FIA/AAT/ACCA/ACA), with experience of online banking systems, experience of SAP Business 1 accounting package is desirable.
You will need to have intermediate Excel skills, with strong attention to detail, have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with the ability to take the initiative to suggest and implement improvements to processes and procedures.
