On behalf of one of Guernsey's major companies specialising in the logistics and supply chain sector, we are looking for a financial accounting manager. This position is to replace the current role-holder who is leaving due to retirement.
Working with the head of finance you will be a pivotal part of the group finance team. Be involved in a wide variety of projects both finance and non-finance related. The need to oversee these projects and to deliver in a timely and efficient way within budgets is key. The ability to understand and deliver added value to clients and service providers.
Applicants must be team leaders able to manage and mentor other members of the finance department and all staff involved in various projects.
Previous management experience will be essential and experience of working in a commercial environment.
Applicants will be a qualified accountant with 10 years plus PQE holding CIMA/ACA/ACCA.
