An interesting Financial Crime Analyst opportunity has arisen in an organisation that specialises in regulation for the Bailiwick. On behalf of our client we are searching for an Analyst to work towards ensuring delivery of high quality prudential, financial crime and conduct regulation within the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
Assisting with delivering PRISM risk-based supervision, enforcement and policy creation, working towards protecting and enhancing the Bailiwick's Financial services reputation.
The successful candidate will be assisting with maintaining and developing the Commission's relationship with its licensees. Advising on and assisting with the handling of applications for licenses, products and exemptions from an AML/CFT perspective and handling enquiries on the AML/CFT Handbook.
Assisting in planning and attending on-site visits; thematic reviews; conducting research; analysing and identifying key issues in information and data and considering matters to raise. Reviewing files, assessing risks and accurate minute taking. Reviewing responses to risk mitigation programmes and the following up on matters raised either in writing or by way of meetings with firms.
If you have prior experience and 3-5 year's working within the finance sector then our client would love to hear from you. Ideally you will be a determined individual with the ability to encourage others, whilst having strong interpersonal skills.
