We have a great new opportunity for a Fund Administrator to join a niche company in the Channel Islands providing financial services ranging from Audit services, Wealth Structuring and Management of Funds. The Administrator will be mainly responsible for all aspects of administration for numerous structures and vehicles mainly within the real estate and private equity investment sector. You will also be expected to be a first point of contact with various stakeholders and professional advisors/intermediaries. Collation of the board pack and attendance at board and client meetings to include the drafting of minutes is also an integral part of the role. The successful candidate will also be involved with compliance and AML of fund related regulatory activities, including the collection and review of CDD.
To apply you need to have a minimum of two years relevant experience within funds and be either hold or undertaking the industry recognised ICSA / STEP / Diploma in Fund Administration that is recognised by the Jersey Financial Services Commission. You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills and be a competent user of MS Office applications.
