An opportunity is available to join a growing and fast paced commercial company as an HR Administrator.
The successful applicant will be required to deliver all aspects of HR administration for the employee life cycle in a timely and accurate manner. As part of the HR Team, the candidate will provide a professional, proactive and collaborative HR Generalist service to the line management and colleague population across several jurisdictions.
We are looking for candidates who have a keen eye for attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately, excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to communicate with all levels of staff and customers
You will also have an appreciation of best practice and the added value that HR processes and systems can provide, have the ability to work on your own initiative, be a good team player, calm and controlled under pressure and appreciative of high levels of confidentiality
In addition, the following is considered desirable: a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, commercial organisation, and have a foundation CIPD qualification.
