The People Services Department in a well-established commercial organisation is seeking a HR Advisor to be responsible for the delivery of operational and strategic throughout the business.
Reporting directly to the people services manager the main duties of this position are to provide general administration support in HR and to take responsibility for recruitment and selection, induction training, sickness and absence tracking, disciplinary and grievance procedures, appraisals, and payroll.
Please note that we can only accept candidates who are either local or have lived in Jersey continuously for the last 5 years at this time.
