Our client is a leading provider of fiduciary services to a wide variety of businesses in Jersey. They are seeking to employ a human resources officer to provide a reliable, supportive and pro-active HR service to the business, promoting best practice in all areas and maintaining a high level of confidentiality. The successful candidate will also play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all HR activities and support the HR Manager in delivering business strategy.
Ideal candidates will ideally hold the Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification and possess a minimum of 4 years' experience in a HR generalist role. You will also be expected to have some understanding of Jersey employment legislation and UK HR best practices.
