We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our client’s team.
Your responsibilities will include working closely with the business to manage HR support and act in an advisory role, offer employees broad HR support, advice and solutions which includes: aiding the recruitment process including coordinating with agencies and conducting interviews, providing first day induction training to all new employees, as well as the administration of employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures.
You will build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and external parties and suppliers, help the HR administrators solve problems, understand policies and procedures, and suggest effective actions in all HR areas.
Your qualifications and skills should include up to two years’ experience within Human Resources, experience working with a HR Database or Payroll software, with advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
You will need to have desire to attend HR training and seminars to broaden industry knowledge, with strong interpersonal skills, service techniques, with the ability to preserve confidentiality, with a high degree of numeracy and literacy.
