This is an opportunity to become part of a successful investment team, providing discretionary portfolio
management services to a global array of private clients, companies and intermediaries.
This role will be client facing and the chosen candidate will possess a keen knowledge of investments and the financial markets.
The chosen candidate will be encouraged to take RDR standard qualifications and will play an integral role within our client's investment process, such as attending calls with managers and clients, attending investment committee/ad-hoc meetings plus general liaison with clients, advisers and internal parties.
Our client's preferred candidate will be a self-motivated team player, with a willingness to provide excellent service to clients and investment partners. Once qualified and with suitable experience, the candidate will be given opportunities to take on more responsibility within the investment process.
You will need to be highly numerate, with strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines with a high attention to detail, and be able to work both individually and as part of a team. You will need to have good spreadsheet knowledge (Excel), including writing formulas, knowledge of financial instruments, such as equities, bonds & mutual funds, and an understanding of securities and bank settlement processes,
