Our client are seeking to appoint an Investor Services Administrator to join their expanding investors team. The ideal candidate will provide an excellent client service experience and will need to have the ability to process, monitor and analyse data.
The Investor Services Administrator position requires a team player with the ability to work to strict deadlines. You will establish and maintain in-depth relationships with knowledge of the limited partners invested in the private equity funds and related entities managed by our client in order to deliver a best in class and seamless service to the limited partners and their contacts and counter-parties.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are critical to ensure investor communications are accurate and appropriate. Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation relating to Guernsey Investment business would be an advantage.
You will need to have client / customer service experience, experience of data processing, monitoring, and analysis. You will need to have the ability to interact with a wide range of investors competently confidently as well as other external and internal stakeholders.
