A small team require a temporary junior administrator to work in their Guernsey office until the end of 2022.
The junior administrator will support the Manager with administration. These activities include (but are not limited to) maintaining and servicing existing policies and contracts, including calculations, amendments, endorsements, premium collection and allocation, fee reviews, supporting the claim, surrender and pension payment process from policies and contracts, support with client enquiries; support with the scanning, filing, archiving and destruction of policy files, maintaining policy summaries, forms, and external literature.
The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. You will have good administrative skills, you must be accurate, consistent and work to deadlines, you will have a "can do" work ethic, with good communication skills, and you will be comfortable working within and contributing to a small professional team but equally be able to work by own initiative.
