An international leading offshore bank are seeking to appoint a Mortgage Customer Administrator to administer all mortgages from offer to redemption.
Ideally you will have knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process in the Channel Islands, UK and Scotland, and a understanding of local financial services, GDPR, although this is not essential.
You will need to have the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships both within the company and the wider business environment, be able to plan and prioritise your workloads to achieve department objectives, very high levels of written and communication skills, have the ability to work on your own initiative, have a good telephone manner, and good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.
