An international client are seeking to appoint an administrator to work in their Client Documentation service area.

In this role you will undertake the day-to-day data entry for all account openings, modifications, data amendments, account closures and associated tasks for accounts booked in Guernsey. You will also assist in the documentation review for account opening and modification of clients records, as well as assisting with data cleansing, project work and other ad hoc duties that may arise from time to time.

This role would suit a candidate with good literacy, numeracy and keyboard skills, as well as experience with Excel, Word and Outlook. You will need to priorities workloads, work with minimal supervision; undertake variety of tasks staying calm and professional whilst under pressure. You will need to show good attention to detail, be methodical, be a team player, a quick learner, with a good sense of humour, flexible, reliable and open to change. Experience in a similar role / office environment is desirable but not essential.
