A medium-sized law firm has a great opportunity for an office assistant to join its Jersey office. The role would involve meeting clients, showing them to the conference room, making teas and coffees, ordering office and kitchen supplies, answering telephone calls, filing, some light typing (including new client engagement letters and cover letters), photocopying, invoicing and generally assisting in the office. Ideally, the candidate should have basic knowledge and experience in bookkeeping. Our client is looking for an energetic and friendly person with a positive attitude and great communication skills. Experience in the legal industry is not necessary.
We can only accept candidates who hold a local residential qualification or have lived in Jersey continuously for at least last 5 years.
