Our client is seeking to appoint an Operational Governance and Control Lead / Manager to carry out a variety of controls across the Operations and Customer Services functions and organisation. Activities include management of outsourcing governance, response to audit activities, CRS/FATCA reporting coordination. You will also assist with fraud prevention and assurance.
This is a varied role requiring a diverse skillset, including data handling and process design, documentation skills and business analysis skills.
You will need to be adaptable, resilient, effective, proactive, and technically capable, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
