A recognised industry leading Independent Insurance Broker is seeking to appoint a Personal Lines Broker.
This is an all-round role, requiring the successful candidate to handle all personal lines enquiries (motor, household, marine, travel, equine.) and you will be involved in all aspects from new business quoting and processing through to handling midterm adjustments and renewals. The role is mostly office based but the successful candidate may also be required to attend client meetings away from the office.
Client satisfaction is a key priority in this role, and our client is looking for a strong relationship builder, whose technical abilities consistently aid the retention of clients.
A full learning and development program will be provided including support towards CII qualifications.
Our client is interested in a proactive, customer focused candidate who can spot opportunities and act in the moment., with excellent interpersonal skills - both on the telephone and face to face, be able to work on your own initiative, have excellent presentation and communication skills, and good administration skills.
