Our client is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and "change-friendly" Project Manager. The role is to act as an agent of change, in a very busy business environment. In this role people skills are very important. Our client's Project Managers need to be the ones who provide the drive and energy to make things happen.
The project environment is subject to rapid change, and an ability to think on one's feet, take responsibility and make decisions is important, as is the need to prioritise and plan one's own and other people's time effectively. Remaining calm under pressure is a definite pre-requisite.
The successful candidate will ideally have 2-3 years project management experience and/or Business Analysis within a change environment, familiarity with project methodologies such as Prince2 and Agile. Exposure to typical business application systems are essential as well as strong analytical, project delivery, and management skills are required, including an understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into deliverable units of change. You will need excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills.
