AP Personnel provides temporary, contract and permanent staff recruitment services to a wide range of Guernsey clients who specialise in the finance and commercial industry sectors.
We are seeking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our Guernsey team. You will be providing professional recruitment services to our clients in Guernsey and be responsible for servicing and developing a portfolio of clients. The main requirement of the job will be dealing with a range of clients who are HR professionals and senior management who require staff from junior through to senior Level (covering financial and commercial recruitment). We cater for jobs in trust and family office, banking, wealth and asset management, accountancy, funds and investments, compliance, insurance, e-commerce and many more.
Having a current knowledge of the Guernsey financial services industry will be valuable. Candidates must be able to work autonomously, proactively and be target-orientated.
Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, but training will be on offer to suitable candidates with transferable skills and the right attitude. The role is sales driven so applicants must have the desire and be self-motivated to reach regular financial and non-financial targets. A competitive salary and uncapped commission scheme are being offered.
