AP Personnel provides temporary, contract and permanent staff recruitment services to a wide range of Guernsey clients who specialise in the finance and commercial industry sectors.
We have a new requirement for a consultant to join our Guernsey team. You will be providing professional recruitment services to our candidates and clients in Guernsey and servicing and developing an existing, well established portfolio. The main requirement of the job will be dealing with a range of clients who are HR professionals and senior management who require staff from junior through to mid-senior level (covering financial and commercial industries). We cater for jobs in trust and family office, banking, wealth and asset management, accountancy, funds and investments, compliance, insurance, e-commerce and many more.
Having a current knowledge and network in Guernsey will be valuable although not essential. The role requires you to work autonomously, proactively and be non-financial and financially target-orientated.
Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, but training will be on offer to suitable candidates with transferable skills and the right attitude. The role is sales driven so applicants must have the desire and be self-motivated to reach regular financial and non-financial targets. A competitive salary and uncapped commission and bonus scheme are being offered.
