Our client, a well-established Private Banking service provider has an opportunity for a Relationship Management Assistant in their expanding Guernsey office.
The purpose of this role will be to support the Relationship Managers to achieve the Bank's goals. It is a varied role, demanding both technical and operational knowledge, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills. The team are responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth private clients, which entails the delivery of wealth management solutions to satisfy the needs of the clients.
The responsibilities will include fielding and answering client queries, assisting with documentation by setting up and reviewing, arranging client ebanking access, regular risk reviews, chasing outstanding documentation and on-going compliance related tasks.
The successful applicant will ideally have some previous banking experience. Be able to communicate at all levels and have the ability to be accurate whilst working under sometimes tight time constraints. It is a pre-requisite that the successful candidate is proficient with the Microsoft Package, as well as some exposure to banking systems such as Host, OTMS, CRM, On Demand and Market Map.
