A small business is seeking to appoint a part-time Reservations Assistant to assist the Office Manager, working 15 hours per week, with a requirement to work on Saturdays, particularly during the holiday visitor season.
This is a varied and interesting role and duties include updating travel sites, updating content on the website and in the guest handbook, and assist in advertising on social media. You will handle booking enquiries, liaise with guests, and undertake various administrative tasks.
It is essential that you have customer facing experience, and have managed a wide range of tasks across different areas. You will be organised and self-motivated, be friendly and approachable, show strong attention to detail, have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working with computers and a variety of software, and have the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own time effectively. A driving licence and owning your own car would be advantageous.
