Our client has a new role for a Retirement & Savings Operations Administrator.
This role sits within their Retirement and Savings Team. The team is made up of 6 individuals, 3 in the Client Relationship team and 3 within the Operations team. Communication is absolutely key in this role as well as the ability to work efficiently.
The role holder will have a supervisory responsibility for the other two operation team members, ensuring performance management requirements are maintained as well as continual training and meeting the team targets.
Strong computer skills are required, with the ability to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint to an intermediate level and pick up a strong working knowledge of systems quickly.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, seeks to help the wider team, find efficiencies within processes and able to roll out these within the team.
This team are busy, and the role holder will have the opportunity to support the Client Relationship team with their client portfolio to help cover absences and peak periods of the year. Therefore, the ability to hold client facing communication skills is also required.
