Our client is seeking to appoint a Sales Consultant to support their Customer Services Team, this would be working for 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.

The ideal individual will have strong verbal communication skills and an innate appreciation for exceptional customer service. In addition to superb telephone manner and listening skills, you will need to have a passion for putting the customer first and achieving customer focussed outcomes, with high levels of empathy and experience of working in a customer facing role.
You will need to have effective organizational skills and a drive to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, with a genuine customer-centric attitude, be calm and controlled under pressure. Prior sales experience would be an advantage
