Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Consultant in Guernsey working 37.5 hours per week.
The successful applicant will be required to deliver exceptional customer experiences through outbound calls. The postholder's goal is to not only educate our client's customers about the benefits of fibre but also guide them through their contract transitions, and match customers with the perfect products to ensure a seamless journey to connection.
Candidates will need to have strong verbal communications skills, and the ability to navigate challenging customer interactions. Candidates will be able to demonstrate organisational skills and a drive to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Prior experience in a sales role is highly desired.
