Working as part of the Client Services Team you will provide assistance and administration support to their clients and financial advisors to ensure that administration requests are processed accurately and delivered in accordance with the Administration Service Level Agreements as well as providing reception cover on request and general support to the wider Operations Team as required.
In this role you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, show strong attention to detail, excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation techniques.
You will need to be results focussed, comfortable with high volumes of work and be deadline driven. You will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, with a strong, driven mind-set for continuous improvement.
