Our client, a leading company in fund services is looking for a senior recruitment officer, to be based in its Jersey office.
You will be responsible for the recruitment in Jersey and will provide excellent service to both the candidate and hiring manager. You will source and recruit candidates for various roles throughout the business in Jersey, including producing the job descriptions, posting of roles and direct candidate contacting amongst other tasks.
The successful candidate will have 4+ years recruitment experience, within fiduciary or professional services, have excellent knowledge of SuccessFactors or a similar ATS. Proven technical recruiting skills, including direct sourcing capability across LinkedIn and/or other social media programs. A proven track record evidencing all stages of the recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance at all levels. You will hold excellent Microsoft Office skills including the creation of dashboards and presentations. It is desirable that you would also have graduate recruitment experience.
You will have a can-do attitude and be comfortable being part of an expanding company. You will have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills and be tenacious and agile.
