A well-established Trust and Company service provider has a new opportunity for a Senior Retirement Products Administrator, to join a team of ten in the expanding Guernsey office.

The responsibilities will include a range of duties to support a growing book of pensions business. Dealing with administrative tasks relating to retirement products, including the monitoring thereof and ensuring efficiency and procedures are followed through to completion. Other duties will include, but not be limited to, responding to and actioning member queries, updating Viewpoint and other relevant systems, following a range of checklists to ensure accurate administration and making suggestions for improvements.

The successful candidate will also be required to prepare documentation which could include member benefit requests, transfer out and investment applications, as well as preparing minutes for trustees. Liaising with internal accounts and compliance departments with regard to monetary movements. In this role you will be required to monitor KPI's and oversee team projects, leading them and be the first point of contact for administrative tasks which will include monitoring various email inboxes.

Ideally the successful applicant will have at least 2-3 years' experience in a finance services role with a minimum of 2 years' pensions administration experience. It would be advantageous to have experience of electronic recording systems, understanding of relevant regulations, including compliance, CDD, money laundering and financial crime.
