They are looking to hire a Social media Manager to work alongside the Digital marketing manager with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
You will analyse the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan. You have proven experience in creating captivating content for the organisations social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content. You will stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies. You will develop and oversee competitions and campaigns, setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI).
This is a fast-paced environment with many competing proposals in process so the content manager must be able to work independently and collaboratively from the outset with minimal hands-on training.
