AP Personnel provides temporary, contract and permanent staff recruitment services to a wide range of Jersey clients who specialise in the finance and commercial industry sectors. It is a division of AP Group with offices in the Channel Islands.
As a result of rapid expansion of our recruitment consultancy, we are seeking to recruit a Temp Controller/Consultant to join our Jersey team. You will be providing professional recruitment services to our clients in Jersey and be responsible for servicing and developing a portfolio of clients. The main requirement of the job will be dealing with a range of clients who are HR professionals and senior management who require staff from junior through to senior Level (covering financial and commercial recruitment). We cater for jobs in trust and family office, banking, wealth and asset management, accountancy, funds and investments, compliance, insurance, e-commerce and many more.
Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, but training will be on offer to suitable candidates with transferable skills and the right attitude. The role is sales driven so applicants must have the desire and be self-motivated to reach regular financial and non-financial targets. A competitive salary, uncapped commission scheme is being offered.
