This leading fund administration provider has an opportunity for an ambitious individual to join its growing team based in Jersey.
Reporting into the Senior Fund Accountant you will provide support to them in terms of delivering the day to day accounting for assigned structures.
The role will involve the book keeping, preparation of management reporting and financial statements. You will periodically provide a support for making payments so will be required to obtain a working knowledge of the various processes and requirements. You will liaise professionally with internal and external clients and complete ad hoc duties as requested from time to time by the Senior Fund Accountant, all whilst following the company's policies and procedures.
You will be expected to be willing to study for the ACCA and will have a degree qualified 2.1 or higher with a basic accounting knowledge. This role will require you to regularly work independently, using your initiative with the ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines.
