Our client is seeking to appoint a candidate either for a trainee or someone with up to 2-3 years' experience (i.e. from Trainee up to Administrator level).
Essentially our client are looking for a Trainee/Administrator to start in their Fiduciary team, Trust and Company administration
Day-to-day responsibilities will be to help prepare payment instructions, draft routine correspondence and send out e-mails to clients. As knowledge is gained of our client's policies and procedures, you will then also assist with drafting standard company minutes and trustee resolutions and you will progress to running your own portfolio of clients.
Our client is looking for someone who has good interpersonal and communication skills with a strong work ethic. Our client will give training and support and they will actively encourage you to work towards an appropriate professional qualifications.
