An international fiduciary management company, based in Jersey is seeking an administrative assistant to assist a private client team in administration of a portfolio of client company and trust structures. It will include filing/scanning duties, payments, setting up companies/trusts, collating CDD etc. Applicants are required to have a broad understanding of the principles and practices of offshore trusts, companies and related structures. They are expected to understand and apply relevant legislation, have good judgement and excellent time management and interpersonal skills. 2+ years' experience in fiduciary services is essential.
We can only accept candidates who hold a local residential qualification or have lived in Jersey continuously for the last 5 years.
