An established Trust and Company business is seeking to appoint a Compliance Administrator in Support Services to assist the compliance team to ensure the group complies with all applicable laws, regulations and policies to help maintain the company's good name and reputation.

The key responsibilities of this role will be to administer the duties requested by the Assistant Manager, which will include supporting other team members with the conducting of sample testing of AML/CFT file reviews, helping the compliance team with breaches, errors, omissions, complaints etc. Also, to assist with record keeping, reporting, maintenance of registers and also the preparation of business risk assessments.

You will need some knowledge of the Guernsey regulatory framework in respect of trust/fund, as well as an eye for detail, good written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Ideally you will be willing to study towards the relevant professional qualification. It would be an advantage if you have some prior experience of CDD, remediation and client on-boarding as well as prior experience working in a regulated environment.

Good PC literacy, including the Microsoft package with strong spreadsheet skills a requisite.
